Return and Exchange Return The returned products should be in the original condition, the tags of the clothes must still attach to the items. If the products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Only items purchased online are eligible for exchange through this platform. For items purchased offline, please visit the original store or counter where the purchase was made. Tiny Button will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will refund the value of your returned items to the same payment method initially used for the purchase. It will take approximately 15 working days for the refund process of your returned parcel. Please note that the shipping fees to be pay by consumers. Exchange The exchange of goods/products should be in the original condition, the tags of the clothes must still attach to the items.
